A 21 year old Wellington man has been arrested after a probe into three fires at the same property

A 21 year old Wellington man has been arrested after a probe into three fires at the same property

A block of flats on Hanson Grove was set alight on Tuesday morning, injuring an elderly man.

Police are investigating three fires, believed to be intentionally lit, and say the charge only relates to the first arson - not the one that left the man in a critical condition.

They say there's a strong possibility other people are involved.
