An early morning emergency response in Christchurch, after two young people became stuck on scaffolding, while trespassing

Emergency crews were called to The Muse Art hotel on Manchester Street after 3am.

A specialist fire truck with an extended ladder responded, but wasn't needed - with police able to rescue the pair via internal access.

They've been referred to youth aid.
