    Police are continuing to investigate fatal shooting in broad daylight at a Whangarei park yesterday


    A woman's body was found just after 11 am- at the Beach Road Reserve in Onerahi - following reports of gunshots.

    An injured man was taken to hospital - where he remains in a serious condition.

    Police aren't seeking anyone else relating to the homicide investigation - but would like to hear from members of the community who may have witnessed what happened.
