    Specialist police negotiators have been called to a protest at Rolleston, south of Christchurch


    Peace Action Otautahi members have scaled the roof of international weapons company NIOA , and others have barricaded entrances.

    A police spokesperson says they're monitoring a protest on Rolleston's Stoneleigh Drive .

    They say people on the ground have been moved away, but two remain on the roof.

    Fire crews and Police's Public Safety Unit are also on scene.
