    Police have issued a Gang Conflict Warrant across Gisborne - after tensions between rivals


    In the past two weeks, eight incidents have been reported involving assaults and firearms, .

    The warrant gives Police the power to search and impound vehicles of suspected members, and seize firearms and weapons.
