    A person has been charged with unlawfully carrying an imitation firearm after an incident in Wellington's Webb street


    The 37 year old was involved in a five hour standoff with police this afternoon after it was spotted, but was taken into custody without incident at 6:15.

    They will appear in the Wellington District Court tomorrow.
