A man who was driving a vehicle believed to be linked to 20-thousand dollars worth of theft was arrested in Auckland's Botany last night

A man who was driving a vehicle believed to be linked to 20-thousand dollars worth of theft was arrested in Auckland's Botany last night

Police noticed the car just after 4pm.

They say the vehicle failed to stop for officers and put members of the public at risk on multiple occasions while travelling at speed.

The alleged driver was arrested after turning into a dead-end street.

A 32-year-old will appear in Manukau District Court on charges relating to failing to stop, dangerous driving and failing to give details.
