    A second person has been arrested in relation to a toddler's death in Northland's Kaikohe


    Three-year-old Cattleya Tangimetua-Pepene died last month.

    A 31-year-old woman's appeared in the Kaikohe District Court charged with neglect and fraud-related offences.

    She's been remanded in custody to reappear next month.

    A 45-year-old man has previously been charged with murder.
