    Police have arrested a suspect - weeks after a Palmerston North man was shot and seriously injured on Highbury's Marriner Street - on January 12


    Yesterday, Police spiked a stolen vehicle on Railway Road and caught the driver after he fled, determining him to be wanted over the shooting.

    He's been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm with a firearm.

    The 33-year-old's appearing in Palmerston North District Court today, also facing charges relating to yesterday's pursuit.
