Lydia Ko is ready to embrace being hunted as she eyes a maiden golf gold medal at the Paris Olympics overnight

The Kiwi is in a two-way share of the lead with Switzerland's Morgane Metraux at nine-under par, two shots ahead of the nearest competitors.

Ko says when she was younger she felt the pressure of being chased.

There are further opportunities for medals tonight with Dame Lisa Carrington and Aimee Fisher in the K1 500 finals.
