    New Zealand golfer Ryan Fox hopes to again be a late arrival at the New Zealand Open next year


    Fox leads the Australasian Tour order of Merit and will gain entry to the World Golf Championships event in Mexico if he tops the standings.

    This year he received a late invite after winning his first European Tour title in Perth and teed off in Queenstown a day after arriving from Mexico.

    He says it won't be quite the same travel scenario.
