The two-time major winner's birdied the final hole to card a five-under final round and take out the Pebble Beach Pro-Am at 22-under par.
Morikawa says the win caps off a big week for him and wife Katherine
Australian Min Woo Lee and Sepp Straka were one shot back - while world number one Scottie Scheffler fired a nine-under 63 to finish two adrift.
Ryan Fox carded a three-under par final round to finish in a tie for 24th at 14-under.
