    Former Olympic swimmer Moss Burmester believes Erika Fairweather's push for the Games podium might be a matter of when not if


    The 20-year-old became the country's first world champion in the 400-metres freestyle last week - she also earned silver in the 200 and bronze in the 800.

    However, Olympic favourites Ariarne Titmus, Katie Ledecky and Summer McIntosh were absent.

    Burmester says Fairweather should outlast them.
