Novak Djokovic claims to be in much better shape heading into tonight's Olympic men's tennis final against Carlos Alcaraz

24-time grand slam champion Novak Djokovic claims to be in much better shape heading into tonight's Olympic men's tennis final against Carlos Alcaraz at Roland Garros

The Serbian has never won an Olympic medal, and goes in having lost to the 21-year-old Spaniard in straight sets in the Wimbledon final last month.

Djokovic has been returning from knee surgery and says his physical condition's improved.

Italian Lorenzo Musetti's claimed bronze, beating Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime in three sets.
