    Two people are in hospital tonight after water incidents


    A child is now in Starship Hospital in a critical condition after almost drowning at a home in the Auckland suburb of Epsom early this evening.

    In the Far North, a person was airlifted from Paihia to Whangarei Hospital in a serious condition after experiencing difficulties around 5.30pm.
