Auckland police have arrested a man they believe responsible for a string of indecent assaults - against high school students and teachers

Auckland police have arrested a man they believe responsible for a string of indecent assaults - against high school students and teachers

Officers were alerted to an assault of a teacher in Milford on the North Shore - allegedly by a 64-year-old man.

He was arrested - which prompted Police to revisit similar events directed towards students in November.

The man has now received two additional indecent assault charges - and a fourth involving an elderly woman in St Lukes.

He's due back in court Friday.
