    A great start to the NPC for Canterbury ... but not such a good one for the champions


    Wellington's title defence is off to a rocky start with a 33-15 defeat to the visitors at Porirua Park.

    It was 7-all at halftime, Canterbury dominating to end up with five tries to the Lions' two.
