Injuries mean Matt Fisher, Kyle Jamieson, Will O'Rourke and Ben Sears were not selected - Glenn Phillips also missed consideration.

The batting contingent will be chosen from captain Tom Latham, Will Young, Devon Conway, Kane Williamson, Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell.

Nathan Smith, Mitchell Santner and Michael Bracewell are the all-rounder options with Tom Blundell picked as the specialist wicketkeeper.
