    Prices are up 2.2 percent in both Christchurch City, and in Canterbury overall

    Prices are up 2.2 percent in both Christchurch City, and in Canterbury overall


    That compares to a 2.1 percent increase in Nelson, 1.3 percent increase in Invercargill, 0.6 percent increase in Queenstown Lakes, and a 1.8 percent decrease in Dunedin.
