The oldest building in Central Christchurch is on the market

The mid-19th-century timber building at 14 Oxford Terrace has been home of the Pegasus Arms bar and restaurant for 35 years.

It's advertised as being a truly unique landmark building, with a riverbank outlook and distinctive character.

It goes under the hammer on December 4.
