    Shared frustrations between the public and ministers over the latest Dunedin Hospital hurdle


    Tens of thousands of people took to the Octagon over the weekend, to protest the Government's proposed cuts, after it claimed a three billion dollar project blow out.

    Infrastructure Minister Chris Bishop says he gets the frustration, adding the project has faced an extraordinary series of events which they've inherited.

    He says despite current opposition, the people of Dunedin will agree with him that project transparency has been a shocker, which is why they're trying to be as up front as possible about the build's problems.
