Three people will appear in Youth Court in the coming days after an aggravated robbery in Hamilton yesterday morning involving a stolen vehicle

The group made off with two cash tills, among other items - just after 6.30am on Mill Street.

Police then acted on information a number of stolen vehicles had been dumped on Horne Street - and found items linked to the robbery at an address of interest.

A firearm was also found and seized - and the three alleged offenders were tracked down shortly after.
