SPCA's calling for information after a litter of six-week old puppies were found abandoned in Porirua

The eight puppies were found on Monday by a member of the public outside Titahi Bay's Scout Den.

They had no food or water and were dehydrated.

SPCA Central Regional General Manager Ros Alsford says they want to find out where they came from.

She says all information will be treated as confidential.
