    Police are bolstering the Wellington District with 15 more investigators after a spate of deaths


    A British couple was found dead in a suspected murder-suicide in Roseneath on Monday.

    The next day a man was found dead outside a home in the suburb of Northland.

    Police now also believe the homicide of Abdul Nabizadah last month is linked to an aggravated robbery in Miramar - near where he was found by police.

    Superintendent Corrie Parnell says extra staff are sometime brought in to support regions when required.
