    The man charged with manslaughter in relation to the death of 21-year-old Wellingtonian Luke Smith, will reappear in the High Court next month


    Smith died after being taken off life support following an alleged assault on Courtenay Place a fortnight ago.

    He'd emigrated here from South Africa with his parents earlier this year.

    Open Justice reports 29-year-old Siale Siale was remanded on bail after appearing in Wellington District Court yesterday.
