    One person's died and another is seriously injured after an accident on State Highway One near Cambridge, in the Waikato


    It happened close to the intersection of Hydro Road at around twenty past six this morning.

    Emergency services are there.

    The road's closed and could be for some time.

    Diversions are in place.

    Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible, and expect delays.
