The Police search and rescue operation for a 65-year-old woman missing in Dunedin is intensifying

Penelope didn't board her flight back to Taupo on Saturday, with no sightings since.

Police are searching Otago Peninsula, and a CCTV image's been released - taken just before she arrived at Sandfly Bay on Saturday.

She was wearing a dark-coloured hat, green top, tan pants and jandals.

Anyone who saw her should contact police.
