New Zealand's Labour Weekend road toll sits at zero, with less than 24 hours to go

Six people died on New Zealand roads over the weekend in 2023, while seven died over the latest Easter period.
Police and the Transport Agency are still urging motorists to remain alert and take extra care while driving.
There've been several disruptions on South Island roads due to wet and snowy weather - with State Highway 6 through Buller Gorge still closed, due to a slip.
