Te Pati Maori says the Prime Minister has no right to police their language

Te Pati Maori says the Prime Minister has no right to police their language

Chris Luxon's spoken to his Deputy Winston Peters, over likening co-governance to Nazi Germany.

He's also urged all leaders to avoid inflammatory remarks -- saying Te Pati Maori this year accused the Government of behaving like white supremacists.

Co-leader Debbie Ngarewa-Packer says unless Luxon's experienced racism as a Maori, he can't tell Maori how they should be speaking out about it.
