Waikato Regional Council has delayed plans for its Hamilton to Auckland train service Te Huia to stop at the Pukekohe Station

Waikato Regional Council has delayed plans for its Hamilton to Auckland train service Te Huia to stop at the Pukekohe Station

The council originally reported the train would pick up and drop off passengers from the end of September, but that won't happen until compliance work at the station is completed.

Halving children's fares and charging SuperGold passengers full fares at weekday peak times will still begin at the end of next month as planned.
