    A young person has been arrested after a serious assault in Tauranga which left the victim with a significant eye injury

    A young person has been arrested after a serious assault in Tauranga which left the victim with a significant eye injury


    It happened to an employee at the Bayfair Shopping centre on Saturday.

    The youth has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

    He is due in the Tauranga Youth Court today.
