    A man's due to appear in Tauranga District Court today, charged with the murder of a six-month-old baby earlier this year, in the Manawatu-Whanganui region's Foxton Beach


    The baby was found with critical injuries at Seabury Avenue in June, and died in hospital a week later.

    Police arrested and charged a 25-year-old man in Tauranga yesterday
