    Police aren't ruling out further action - after arresting a man in connection to a building fire in Palmerston North late last month


    Officers were called to the former Fitzherbert Bar site on Ferguson Street in the evening of October 30th.

    An 18-year-old was charged with arson yesterday - and will appear in Palmerston North District Court next Tuesday.

    Police have spoken to several others - who were in the building earlier that afternoon.
