    Two men have been arrested in Nelson on arson charges....which are unrelated to the Pigeon Valley blaze


    Detective Superintendent Peter Read says a 27 year-old is accused of setting three rubbish bins alight in the CBD, during December and January.

    A 24-year-old is charged over two more arsons in Nelson overnight...one in a skip and the other at a flat.
