    The fair trial rights of the man accused of killing Nelson Police officer Lyn Fleming have been highlighted at his first court appearance


    He was remanded in custody without plea until his next appearance on Feburary 14th.

    The man's been granted temporary name suppression while a family member is informed of the charges.

    There are also tight rules against publication of videos of the incident.

    Any video of the Buxton Square area taken between 1:30 and 3:30am on New Year's Day can't be published on social media or news websites.
