Mercury's CEO is off to Fonterra

Fonterra
The dairy co-operative has hired Fraser Whineray as its Chief Operating Officer - a brand new role for Fonterra.
Whineray is also the Chair of the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council.
He starts at the dairy giant early next year.
