    Another stunning result in the latest dairy auction


    Prices have officially surpassed their peak of 2013.

    Overall prices are up 5.1 percent at the latest Global Dairy Trade auction this morning.

    The crucial whole milk powder price is up 5.7 percent.

    The price of skim milk powder is up 4.7 percent, while butter is up 5.9 percent.

    There have been four big increases in prices since the last dip - a small one - at the beginning of January.
