Fonterra's been selling overseas assets, under chief executive Miles Hurrell's leadership, after global expansions didn't pan out.

Hurrell says the sale's done - and they're just waiting for cash in the bank.

He says the payout is in line with expectations so he's really pleased.

Half-year profits have shot up to 546-million-dollars and there's an interim dividend of 10 cents.
