    Lisa Adams was the last New Zealander to compete at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo last night, finishing seventh in the women's F38 discus


    The results goes along with Adams' gold in the shot put.

    In other results on the final day, shooter Michael Johnson finished 13th in the final of the R9 mixed 50 metre rifle.

    Canoe sprinter Scott Martlew came in eighth in the final of the men's VL3 200 metres.

    New Zealand end up with 12 medals - six gold, three silver and three bronze.

    The New Zealand Paralympic team confirm they will not attend the closing ceremony due to their commitment to Covid-19 protocols.
