    Portia Bing is getting better with age

    Portia Bing is getting better with age


    The 28-year-old 400 metre hurdler has broken her own national and resident records at the Sir Graeme Douglas International in Auckland, with a time of 55.50 seconds.

    It also puts her into the Commonwealth Games B standard bracket.

    Bing says things are finally coming together after years of trial and error.
