    Tom Walsh has heaved his way to victory at the indoor silver tier shot put event in the Czech Republic


    The two-time Olympic medallist produced a best throw of 21.96 metres - 20 centimetres down on his season's best.

    Walsh is competing in one more event on the European circuit before the world indoor championships in Glasgow next weekend.
