Sam Webster and Ethan Mitchell have nothing but positives words for their departing teammate Eddie Dawkins

The trio were New Zealand's men's sprint cycling team for the best part of the last decade, winning three World Championships and an Olympic silver medal.

But with the Tokyo Olympics now pushed out to 2021, Dawkins has decided to retire.

Webster says it's a decision most athletes would be jealous of.
