    New Zealand track cyclist Ethan Mitchell is as motivated as ever, despite teammate Eddie Dawkins announcing his retirement


    It leaves Mitchell and Sam Webster are looking for a new teammate for next year's Tokyo Olympics.

    Callum Saunders, Sam Dakin and Jordan Castle are all vying for the spot.

    Mitchell says the competitive environment is keeping him going.
