No change in the yellow jersey after stage three of the Tour de France

No change in the yellow jersey after stage three of the Tour de France

Current holder Julian Alaphilippe finished in the peloton as Australian Caleb Ewan rocketed away to win a sprint at the end of a 198-kilometre ride through the alpine foothills from Nice to Sisteron.

The three Kiwi riders have made it through unharmed with Jack Bauer 14th, Sam Bewley 69th and George Bennett 74th.

Bennett's Jumbo-Visma team boss Frans Maasen says their goal was to protect leaders Primoz Roglic and Tom Dumoulin .
