    Dutch rider Dylan Groenewegen has sprinted to his first victory in 17 months on stage one of cycling's Tour de Wallonie in Belgium


    He returned to the peloton after a nine-month ban for causing an accident in the Tour of Poland that left Fabio Jakobsen with life-threatening injuries.
