    Grey District Council's urging the owners of two abandoned boats to come forward before they sink and cause environmental damage


    It's begun the process to seize the Grace Mary and Francois X in Greymouth, with the Grace Mary at risk of going under.

    The council says it would hit ratepayers with significant costs, and wants details of the owners so it can issue a seizure notice.
