    Kapiti's Mayor is reminding residents to stay in the bubbles over Easter weekend


    A group of trail bikers have sparked complaints after using the lockdown as an opportunity to ride through valleys and parts of an Estuary reserve.

    Mayor K Gurunathan says they're putting others in danger.

    He says annoyed locals should avoid confrontation and continue reporting breaches to police.
