    US retail giant Walmart boss Greg Foran is replacing Christopher Luxon next year.

    E tu's Head of Aviation, Savage says they had initial concerns because Walmart has a reputation as anti-union.

    He says they also know there's been improvements under his leadership and they're cautiously optimistic he won't be bring those attitudes back here.
