    The coronavirus outbreak is continuing to push down global dairy prices


    Overall prices are down 2.9 percent at the latest fortnightly auction overnight -- following a 4.7 percent fall two weeks ago.

    The crucial whole milk powder price is down 2.6 percent.

    The price of skim milk powder is down 2.6 percent, while the butter price is down 3.9 percent.
