Little surprise in the Reserve Bank's decision to hold the Official Cash Rate at 0.25 per cent

It's been at that record low since March last year.
The Herald's Liam Dann says the market anticipated the rate would stay put.
He says the bank has emphasised it is prepared to cut if required - which is its way of making the point there is a still a lot of uncertainty.
